Schuler Scholar Program's Career Hub
We use Campground as a “Career Hub” for our college scholars and recent college grads to access information about our career-related events.
The platform is great for that, and something unexpected happened during implementation – some of our program’s oldest alumni from over 10 years ago joined the hub ready to help our current college students with their career development.
Having a platform that is customizable to your brand and can only be found and accessed by your program’s network does wonders for community engagement!

Set-Up
Cristina had some flexibility in choosing the right platform for Career Readiness Month, a program she led which affected scholars, alumni, and employer partners.
The setup was quite quick; it involved creating forms (which auto-assigned people to the correct group, whether it was scholar, alumni, or employer partner) and running a marketing campaign to get folks into the system.
Before the roll-out, she populated the system with commonly requested Resources; added Events including in-person dinners, virtual workshops on topics like Identity & Authenticity at Work, and more. Here's a snapshot of some public resources that they shared in the Resource Library!
Results:
Over 200 scholars, alumni, and employer partners are part of the platform
Nearly 90% of participants logged in more than once
The most popular destinations in their Campground are the Events, Job Board, and Directory pages
Career Readiness Month was when they debuted their system!
